President, founder and owner of RIZER LLC has 20+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He started his career as a project engineer and has worked his way up to superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, director and now owner. He has had 20+ years of diversified design-build experience in managing and overseeing some of the most challenging corporate office projects in the country. Rob grew up in Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University. Rob and his wife live in Ann Arbor with their 2 children.
Pratheeksha Ramaswamy
Pratheeksha joined RIZER at the company's inception. Pratheeksha is a Project Engineer working directly with the project team. She graduated from Georgia Tech and relocated to Chicago to work with a large national contractor prior to joining the RIZER team. Pratheeksha has an eye for detail and has the can-do attitude that every client loves. Pratheeksha spends her spare time traveling the world.
John Ball
John is on the front line of the business and a key part of RIZER. John is well connected in the Detroit Metro area and has relationships beyond the commercial construction industry. John is not only on the front line with the clients and potential customers, he is also an integral part of the project well beyond the introduction. He works closely with RIZER President, Rob Williams, to make sure each need is met for every client. John also assists in the overall company growth to ensure that RIZER continues to meet the needs of our clients in an ever-changing market. John was born and raised in Michigan and has resided in the Detroit Metro Market for 30+ years. John and his wife live in Lake Orion with their two boys.
